Re : Pace suburban bus ADA paratransit changes 

This petition is to make Pace suburban bus who oversees the Paratransit services that are required by the Americans With Disabilities Act aware of changes that need to be made so individuals with disabilities can do things on a spontaneous basis.  Pace suburban bus oversees the Paratransit program for Chicago, IL and the suburbs.

The way the system is currently designed you have to call 24 hours ahead for next day service.  Persons who are certified to use the service have to plan their schedules around transportation, their is no spontaneity in their lives.
