Pabst Brewing Company re-introduced their Red, White and Blue beer, in the famous patriotic red, white & blue can in the early 1980s.  A series of folksy, radio editorial-style commercials by Harmon R. Whittle poked fun at politicians of the day, suggesting that Red White & Blue Beer might be a less-expensive, more effective means of promoting America abroad, than foreign aid or other program.

Being able to serve the thirsty Patriotic Beer Drinking Americans has always been an amazing feat.  Red, White & Blue Beer was able to do just that, and do it for the middle class beer drinking consumer on a budget.  The brewed, packaged, and Patriotic designed can was even named the one of the most American Beers (I am not sure if it really was, but it damn well should have been).  And just think the revival of the brand via a patriotic appeal could directly contribute to military charities (just an idea).

We would like Pabst Brewing Company to start reproducing the original Red White & Blue Beer to reintroduce to "todays" Patriotic Beer Fans.
