Our pets are like our children. No person should have the right to harm your pet just because they can. Unfortunately, the Pa dog laws can put the owners at fault with no proof of the crimes, just like people have the right to hurt or even kill your pets when they are fearful, with only their word of the threat. 

Zues is a fun loving, loyal, and compassionate family dog, a true family member. A heartless neighbor felt the need to shoot this defenseless animal for only relieving himself in the neighbors yard. He shot this baby not once, but three times, therefore, he WAS shooting to KILL.

Although this neighbor told the police that he was fearful because the dog was showing teeth, he has no proof to support his statement. 

With witnesses to this unnecessary, unforgivable shooting, the police are not at all empathetic. Not only did the person shoot, to kill a precious pet, but he also shot a dog right next to young children. What If a child ran to grab the dog? There are so many things that could've happened resulting in a child shot, instead of the dog. Would this shooter receive punishment then? Does it have to be a child to get hurt, for our judicial system to care or work? What or who will be shot next time, because they are able to be free and keep the guns?
