Rescue groups are being treated unfairly by the dog laws that commercial kennels are suppose to follow. They are making it almost impossible to run a rescue in PA.The Dept of Agriculture holds rescue groups to the same standards as kennels and breeders. Actually, they hold us to higher standards. Help us change this!
