Trae Pruitt must be arrested for his recent actions. At 8am this morning two dogs by the name of Blue and Rex where killed in cold blood by Trae Pruitt. A neighbor heard the gunshot and came out to find that Rex and blue had been killed by Trae by gunshot wound. These dogs are nothing but sweet and have never displayed any kind of viscous behavior nor been an endangerment to anyone. This  act of violence towards these dogs is animal cruelty, and he needs to be held accountable rather he is an officer or not. Trey also put others in danger by firing the gun with the multiple children living in this neighborhood and other people outside at the time and he should be held accountable for both of these actions. The Oxford police department and the Oxford humane society really needs to be further involved and some sort of justice must be served for these dogs. I think people shouldn’t feel fear of what will happen to their dog if left outside without supervision especially at the hands of an officer in our neighborhood, please sign this petition to help us bring light to this situation and justice for these animals.
