Percy was a little boy opossum that lived in the neighborhood.  Many knew him.   He was viciously stomped and when he was helpless laying injured, his tail was cut off and paraded around while laughing.  Demand Oxford Sheriff's Dept. bring the guy who did this to justice!  They know who he is.  Abuse applies to all animals, domestic or wild.   Some believe just because its a wild animal, it belongs to no one and no one will care!   We HAVE TO SHOW AUTHORITIES WE DO CARE AND WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS ANY LONGER!!
