This item was broadcast on ITV in Oxford earlier today Councillor Dee Sinclair is featured saying how much she 'appreciates' buskers, and yet gave the example of a large crowd forming around some buskers as a reason to bring in the threat of these criminal sanctions, ignoring the fact that councils and the police already have legal powers to prevent obstruction being caused.
