Thank you for your ongoing support for the campaign against the criminalisation of street culture in Oxford. The Labour-led council will make their decision about whether to implement proposals to criminalise busking on June 11th so we are holding a protest busk on that day to sing songs of solidarity as the politicians arrive at the Town Hall. You are warmly invited to join us and to invite your friends. Bring your musical instruments too! We will meet outside HSBC on Cornmarket Street, Oxford from 3pm on Thursday, June 11th. We will practise some songs together and head for the Town Hall around 4:30 to sing to the politicians as they arrive to make the decision that will decide whether Oxford goes ahead with plans to criminalise street artists and musicians.
