We the undersigned support this petition in opposition to the recent decision made by the R-Ranch in the Mountains Board of Directors to destroy Rainbow Lake. It is the opinion and wishes of the undersigned owners that the lake be preserved under Option 2 of the 3 potential options which were recently being considered to resolve the issue pertaining to the Rainbow Lake dam. We understand and acknowledge that such a decision will result in the ownership incurring an additional assessment in the amount of $70 for 4 payments over the next 2-years. We believe that by maintaining and preserving Rainbow Lake, this will be in the best interest of the owners as well as the R-Ranch in the Mountains as a whole. We therefore respectfully request that the Board of Directors reverse its most recent decision to destroy the lake, under Option 3 and instead, vote to preserve the lake and all of its benefits by voting in favor of Option 2.
