My neighbor asked the City of Independence, Missouri to take away my dog, who she believes to be a pit bull. I have to get a DNA test and if he fails, I have to relocate him to another city. Diesel is a comfort animal who helps me with my anxiety. Please help me and others like me keep our family members.
