It's time for a change in leadership and creativity in our local pub golf community. Cian has had a great run as the reigning Pub Golf Lord, but the time for fresh energy and new challenges is upon us. Pub golf is not just about the game; it's about camaraderie, excitement, and injecting fresh fun into our weekends.

Cian’s leadership served us well, but there have been growing concerns among the players about the needed diversification of courses, the lack of themed nights, and the need for innovative rules to keep our community vibrant and engaging. Many of us feel that the competition has grown stagnant and predictable, which has dampened the enthusiasm that once defined our gatherings.

In a survey conducted among regular players, 78% indicated they'd prefer more diverse themes and a rotation of leadership to breathe new life into our beloved traditions. Imagine tournaments that are not just the usual but incorporate different cultures, creative costuming, and even charity nights to give back to our community.

We believe that a leadership rotation will bring enthusiasm and inclusivity, allowing various players to put their unique spins on the event. This change will not only enhance participation but also ensure that everyone feels represented and excited about future games.

Join us in calling for a new election for the position of Pub Golf Lord, ensuring that every voice is heard and every player gets a chance to steer us towards more exciting times.
