Men are often unfairly judged, mistreated, and sentenced. This unjust treatment stems from a system that is neither invisible nor gender-neutral. Where are the equal rights we are all promised?

Statistics have shown that in many cases, fathers are at a significant disadvantage when it comes to custody battles and allegations of misconduct. According to the Family Law Courts, over 70% of custody arrangements favor the mother, irrespective of the specifics of the case. This systemic bias needs to change.

We need a fundamental overhaul of the family law system in Australia to ensure it is fair, unbiased, and truly equitable. It should be a system that doesn’t automatically favor one gender over the other but instead fairly assesses each case on its merits.
