We, the undersigned residents of Idaho, demand a permanent ban on all forms of atmospheric spraying and weather modification—including cloud seeding and geoengineering operations—within our skies.   For too long, our communities have witnessed persistent trails, unnatural weather shifts, and unexplained sky haze—all while being kept in the dark about exactly what is being released above us. These operations are often conducted without meaningful public consent, transparency, or proper environmental oversight. 
Substances such as silver iodide, potassium iodide, and other aerosolized metals and chemicals pose serious risks to human health, soil integrity, water quality, and ecological balance. The long-term safety of these materials has not been proven—and yet they are dispersed into the air we all share. Idaho power in collaboration with the IWRB uses OUR tax dollars to fun these programs! 
We do not consent. The sky is not a lab, and the public is not a test subject.   We call on our local and state officials to: 
Permanently ban all cloud seeding, aerosol spraying, and atmospheric engineering programs within our jurisdiction. Disclose any past or current atmospheric modification contracts or programs.
Enact legislation that prohibits future weather or climate modification without full public approval and scientific review.
Protect our air, water, and natural climate from artificial interference.   This is not a political issue—it is a human one. We deserve the right to breathe clean air, live under natural skies, and have a say in what happens above our heads.   Join us in demanding an end to these sky-altering programs—once and for all.
