There with 12 year old Pararoo supporter, Claire Falls, looking on he tabled a document: Executive Summary (Pararoos) Goals and Targets 2014-2018. A document tabled to move forward after the recent buck passing from the powers that be, regarding the Pararoos axing by the Australian Sports Commission. This document can be viewed on the Pararoo Facebook page. At the meeting, Brown asked for a date for comment and further discussions with regard to the program moving forward. None were given by David Gallop or Head of High Performance, Luke Casserly. Brown sent an email to Luke Casserly Thursday afternoon regarding the FFA's stand with regard to this document and none were given. In fact Brown's FFA email address and access to the FFA portal was silently stripped and made redundant Friday night. The Commonwealth Ombudsman, continues to investigate the Australian Sport Comission's axing of the Pararoos and the Pararoos support continues to grow. Senator Kate Lundy and Shadow Sports Minister Bernie Ripoll have given their support to the Pararoos and will hopefully bring this matter up in Parlaiment. Sport Minister, Peter Dutton, admitted that one of the reasons why the Pararoos were axed was because funds provided to the FFA for the Pararoo program were not utilised. The Pararoo Program has started to attract corporate interest and Pararoo Supporter Elaine Delaney from Sydney presented the Pararoos with a check for $2000. Please continue to support the Pararoos, now even more so!
