Our Freeport Community is NOT A DUMPING Ground!

Our Freeport Community is NOT A DUMPING Ground!
The Issue
The relentless, weekly dumping of appliances, vehicles, construction projects and bulk waste is destroying our Freeport and Sacramento County community. What was once a vibrant neighborhood is now being treated like a dumping ground. Littered with broken furniture, abandoned cars, and hazardous debris. This is not just an eyesore; it’s a serious health and environmental threat to residents and our fishing community.
We refuse to tolerate this any longer as the problem has exploded. Our leaders must be held accountable for their inaction. We demand immediate installation of Flock cameras, clear warning signage, and most importantly, strict enforcement. Without decisive action, the slow collapse of our community and environment will continue.
We are calling on local government and municipal authorities to act now and stop blaming other jurisdictions and pointing fingers at other agencies to take action. Residents are being put at risk, forced to clean up dangerous waste along the busy Highway 160 weekly while those responsible face no consequences.
Enough is enough. Sign this petition to demand accountability, enforcement, and real action, before our community is damaged beyond repair.
