To protect the safety, health and welfare of our citizens and future generations, we oppose the disposal of the following in our County:

Residuals, biosolids, septage, sewage, waste water byproduct and pathogens.

Sludge contains heavy metals, toxic chemicals and pathogens.

The testing and regulation of sludge is inadequate and problematic.

Sludge odors propose a public health threat and reduces citizens' quality of life.
