El Callejon has been a staple in our community for 22 years.  Recently they lost their lease and the landlords are refusing to renegotiate it.  El Callejon is a part of the heart and soul of Encinitas, and losing this business is a loss to our entire community.  Rally behind this restaurant and the "family" they have created.  This petition is a last ditch effort to ask the landlords to reconsider shutting their doors.  This restaurant and the staff is irreplaceable!!
