July 4th will forever be Changed for My Family, I will always wonder if We had and Emergency Room Closer would Samanda of Lived? We got the call around 10:55pm, My Family was Hit by a Drunk Driver. They were Pedestrians, Hanging out at 6 Mile, Watching Fireworks light up the Nights Sky. They got my Sister Stable Enough for Transport. It took them over an Hour for the Ambulances to Arrive at the Hospital: Where She was Pronounced Dead. For an Hour after that, the Hospital Staff Lead us to Believe my Sister was not there. We living 11 minutes further away from where My Sister was; beat the Ambulances carrying My sister her husband, niece, nephew, his girlfriend and their child.

The Hospital Was Over Ran that Night With Traumas Coming in, We only have one Flight For Life and it was Needed for A Major Crash in Town. The Ambulances was Stretched to the Max. The Hospital Staff was Short Handed and not prepared Mentally, Physically, or in Sympathy  Training. The hospital lost 13 lives that night. Their lack of Empathy made The worst night of ones Lives So much more Tramatic then it Ever Should of Been. 

This is a Petition for County to Get an Emergency Room Facility Out by National Parks Highway. Our Population has Doubled. With that our Major Car Crashes has increased. That Drive to the Hospital Across Town; Even with Lights and Sirens, Cost people their lives! We need Our Tax  Dollars to Fund A New Emergency Room For Our Community. I Would Love it to Be Im Remberence of My Sister Samanda Boyd, Who Might still be Alive If We Already Had One!
