I am asking the assistant district attorney Brandon parshell to prosecute Amanda Brown to the fullest for animal cruelty charges that were recently brought upon her. A few years ago she surrendered 7 dogs to the Susquehanna animal shelter so charges would not be brought againest her. This is personal for me. I rescued my dog from her 9 years ago when she was only 5 weeks old. My dogs mother was over bred an had probably 10 plus litters of puppies in her life. This girl should be prosecuted to the fullest. An be added to the animal registry. She should never be able to have an animal again in her life.
