Dring passing periods a lot of students don’t have enough time to go to their locker to change out their books/notebooks. Many students carry around big binders or draw string bags with only some stuff in it. Students could be on the complete opposite side of the building and have to go to their locker just to go right back in the same direction just because they can’t carry all their stuff from class to class. Students are also late and miss valuable class time because they have to go and get at tardy pass and a lot of the time it’s because they needed to get their stuff from their locker. I believe that schools should allow backpacks because it’ll be a lot easier for students. Overall this could affect students test scores and make the numbers lower for the school.
