We've just received word that Angie Bryant has been reinstated to OSU Newark.

Subject: Welcoming Dr. Angela Bryant back to campus 
Colleagues:

I am pleased to share with you that Ohio State has re-hired Angela Bryant on our Newark campus. I know many of you advocated for Dr. Bryant following her resignation, and over the past few months the university and Dr. Bryant have held productive discussions to hear and understand each other's perspectives. Following those discussions, we concluded that re-hiring Dr. Bryant was a satisfactory outcome for all, and look forward to welcoming her back to Ohio State Newark this fall.

Dr. Bryant will begin as a visiting associate professor in mid-August, but we will be immediately commencing a review process for a tenure-track position at the rank of associate professor in accordance with the normal procedures for hiring tenure-track faculty at that rank.

Most immediately, Dr. Bryant will be engaged in special duties related to teaching, research, and service. Please join me in welcoming her back to our campus.
