SPRRG Constructions Pvt Ltd:

Builder handed over the Flats  without completing the committed basic facilities/amenities and so Owners demanded project be completed as per the Agreement.

·       Legal Notice served on builder stating Commencement of advance Charges paid by owners to be only after the 3 connections were given. EB, Metro Water and Sewerage. These still not completely done. Name cards yet to be regularised in

owner’s names. Metro water and sewerage connection yet to be given. Huge amount collected from the Owners under “CORPUS FUND” not yet surrendered to the Association.

·       All of the sudden, Builder has withdrawn his duty and not picking our calls or responding to any mails.

·       This has resulted deteriorating condition for the current Residents (approx. 600+ Families) risking Dengue and other Health hazards:

o   Black water is now supplied through pipeline to all the residents.

o   Garbage disposal has been stopped so huge pile of garbage spread across the community. .

o   No regular maintenance of water pipeline, electricity, security, lift services which may cause untoward incident to any resident.

Request SPRRG and team to take it very seriously as Human life is more important as Kids/Elders and some are under treatment are at risk.
