UTV ROUTES THROUGH OSHKOSH!

Establishing dedicated UTV ROUTES in the city of Oshkosh as part of a comprehensive ordinance for all forms of alternative transportation such as e- bikes, electric scooters and golf carts should be brought to the Common Council for reconsidering with support from all residents who reside within the community and currently own a UTV but are unable to access the ability to ride without leaving the city's boundaries.

We are  requesting the City Common Council to permit a trial route period to establish rules and regulations in conjunction with the Winnebago County Ordinance from November 1st, 2026 to April 1st 2027, followed by a revue and subsequent extension for full-time use of the trial routes to become permanent within the city of Oshkosh.
