Recently, more specifically: on the 1 year anniversary of a bright young man's disappearance in a large town with close-nit communities the case of his unsolved death was closed and deemed undetermined by drowning. This doesn't add up with the residents of the city, and they want justice. The young man was very outgoing and loved all of his family and friends, and was looking forward to the life of a dad raising his young son.  Re-opening the case into the mystery would hold a huge impact for everybody that knew him. It hurts not knowing. The family needs answers!
