After hearing testimony from concerned neighbors and expressing their own concerns about the density of the proposed development at St. Mary's, the Civic Design Review voted to delay the project and requested the developer return for another meeting before sending it to the Planning Commission. What does this mean? It means we have at least another month to convince Councilman Jones to withdraw the ordinance that makes this project possible.
