Can anyone help us find somewhere to re-home these fish?

The Issue

The petition below worked! Orange Rooms are looking to re-home their Pacu fish ASAP. Can anyone help us find a home?

The fish that currently reside in Orange Rooms, Southampton are not kept in acceptable conditions. The tanks are too small for the size of the fish and the setting is inappropriate.

The upstairs tanks are particularly distressing: one of these tanks houses four large fish in extremely cramped conditions at ground level. These fish cannot avoid close contact with the other fish around them. (see image)

As well as the size issue, Orange Rooms is a night club/bar venue and the music is extremely loud and full of bass sounds. This is not an appropriate environment for the fish who cannot escape.

The fish have been there for thirteen years. However, this still does not make it acceptable. Overall, seeing the fish in these circumstances was a depressing incident. I feel, in terms of moral conscience/customer satisfaction, Orange Rooms could actually benefit from changes to fish tank size, fish placement... etc.

I have reported this to the RSPCA but a petition is also advantageous.

This is an issue that cannot be ignored and I hope that Orange Rooms take action!
