ORANGE POLSKA - uncompromising service - improve Consumer Rights in Poland

ORANGE POLSKA - Completely disappointing, Totally Customer dissatisfaction focused corporation
In February 2018, we purchased internet service from Orange Polska which was in speed of 300MB/s fiber internet on contract for 24 months + two new mobile phone number on contract for 24 months,
During discussion about internet contract, we clearly stated that "we rent an apartment currently and in a few months, we are planning to move out to another flat in a different location, so, what do we do in such case?"
- In such case, "upon consumers request Orange will be moving the internet service to a new flat requested by a consumer and if they cannot deliver the service in moved location, do not worry, Orange always cancel the contract in free of a charge " - told by sales officer located in Krakow Bronowice mall.
However, we moved to a new location, we asked a few times to Orange Polska to move our service(Written on a paper version and via phone calls, chats as well). About 2-3 weeks, we did not receive any response, then we made further follow up with sales offices. And then, it turned out that Orange cannot provide any service in our new flat and they rejected cancellation and offered about 10pln discount which was %10 of monthly internet fee. We called their customer service a few times, each time they provided different information, we also tried to remind them that your officers informed us differently. We got no solutions. In the legal perspective, they made such contract that service offer is only valid in the address you signed so, they were highly confident that they do not care about customer satisfaction, they are unable to provide the service due to their technical issues but their decision is final. In a few times they also said that does not matter what information their sales offices or customer services provide to the people, they do not care those information at all.
We are not lawyers to have deep knowledge about laws, we are only consumes who rely on your sales offices words and Orange says that we should disregards their officers words...
We wanted to establish long term relationship with this corperation but it is ridiculous how do they treat their customers. They are so confident about their technical inabilities and it generates customer dissatisfaction as well but for them it does not make any value. It seems like gangster corpo style, customers are only financial slaves who increases their revenue in any case. Is not it stealing?
For now, I have attached recent reply from them but I will also try to find the other written mails, attach & publish them in social media.
Polish customers should not believe their customer services/sales offices verbal words as Orange confirmed it in a written format,instead, all the customers should request to have everything in contract and signed version. or, please remember to record a video while making a face to face meeting with their officers so later on you can prove... Never expect from them to be reliable consultants as Orange advised(Because you do not sign anything with consultants, you just talk face to face/on the phone or chat with them told by Orange... )
(Eventually, they made such fear on a local Polish consumer ombudsman(rzecznik konsumentów) that they feel quite weak to take up any chasement against Orange, they afraid that powerful orange will attack with plenty of lawyers over ombudsman, such a fear)
I would like to congragulate each of their superiors and managers who built up such fear and power on consumers. Bravo!
