Thank you for your quick response to reflect the recent reports of coronavirus in Orang county and LA county. As we speak there were fifth case just reported this morning. And the New coronavirus has been reported can cause infections with no symptoms, which is even scary.

The dorm period can be up to 15 days with strong infectious potential and no symptoms according to Chinese government. The new information indicated that the screening process CDC and border control put in is inadequate and misleading. Taking in consideration of the highly contagious nature, some experts estimate that the infection rate is 10 times stronger than SARS.  Though it may be not as lethal as SARS. With 10times spreading rate, the death toll will be far higher than SARS. 

We, the concerned residents of Southern California. request a public health emergency be declared. Otherwise, we will hold those who slow to act responsible for the health damages and life lost.
