On September 29, 2014, two OC Animal Control officers hog-tied and brutally slit the throat of a frightened injured male deer and allowed him to bleed to death after his leg was impaled on a wrought-iron fence in Anaheim Hills, CA.  Unfortunately, the Orange County District Attorney's Office has refused to bring charges against these two Animal Control officers. Please sign the petition urging the Orange County District Attorney's Office to bring criminal charges against the two officers responsible for the needless suffering and brutal slaying of this deer! http://www.ocregister.com/articles/officers-642259-animal-johnson.html
