After more than 4 years of my family going through back-and-forth legal battles with my own father, we've been pushed to our absolute limit time and time again, and we can't last much longer.

 (my father), who has been the CEO of several media companies and has received countless investors over the years, has engaged in blatant and deceitful tactics to gradually cease alimony and child support payments owed to my mom after they were married for 23 years. He was the sole provider for us beforehand, and although we have tried our best to gather together as much money as possible (with several people in the family carrying multiple jobs, from minimum wage cooking to real estate, door-to-door sales, etc.), we have held on by a thread to keep the most modest sense of livelihood within our home. We've dealt with losses of electricity, lack of phone/internet access, and even the near-loss of our home on countless occasions due to the inability to pay our bills.

The judge who has last been mediating the case between my mother and father, Alice Blackwell, has repeatedly shown signs of negligence in regards to the presented evidence of his crimes, from proof of off-shore bank accounts and shell companies to alter how they perceive his wages, to even arguing to courts through these fallacies that he could pay little to nothing (and then LITERALLY nothing) to our struggling family due to "changing circumstances", even as he predominantly funds the apartment of a 23 year old girl in New York as I write this.

Yet he still owes us over $400,000 in child support due to payment negligence for the last 3 years, of which he's paid none.

We've kept quiet about this for long enough, and I can't watch my family get manipulated by my father through back-and-forth court visits with our limited budget as the courts are seemingly doing nothing to resolve the case. That's why, through this petition, I ask that you help us get a proper investigation into the judge involved (Alice Blackwell) and any involved court officials, as well as  , so that my family can finally receive long-deserved justice and live free of these daily worries.
