We need a stoplight at the corner of kelly park rd. And Mount Plymouth Road in Apopka Florida also in orange county as there is a large hill on kelly park with only a stop sign at the bottom of it. The posted speed limit is 45 miles an hour when speeding cars come down kelly park Road in excess of 80 miles an hour like today and slammed into my teenage daughter and friends all three were transported to ORMC medical center intersection has accidents that reoccur Almost weekly I cannot count how many times I have seen accidents here I almost lost my daughter today and I’m asking for help. Please. There has been numerous accidents at this intersection like I stated with only a stop sign. We need at least a flashing light there a stoplight would prevent excess speeds on kelly park Road which is the number one problem there as well as people coming across kelly park from Mount Plymouth Road Not aware of the stop sign there. My daughter has three compression fractures in her mid section of vertebrae and is banged up pretty bad as well as her two friends also suffering from facial fractures. I cannot tell you how many accidents occur at this intersection as I don’t have that information in front of me but it seems like weekly there is an accident or somebody flies through the intersection into the yard across the street I need light brought to this situation please help me and tell me which direction to turn.
