Obtain firmware updates for OPTOMA P1 / UHZ65UST

Le problème

Optoma sells a top of the line videoprojector ( ref : P1 / UHZ65UST ) since end of 2019, at a high price (~3000$). Some major bugs have been found by worldwide owners, and shared on forums ( ex : https://www.avsforum.com/threads/optoma-p1-4k-laser-ust-ces.3041368 )

Only 1 firmware update has been released in August 2020, with remaining known bugs , and a promise that they will be corrected in next firwmare ( https://www.avsforum.com/threads/optoma-p1-4k-laser-ust-ces.3041368/page-135#post-59994290 ), but nothing cames, and no more anwers from Optoma.

End of 2020 : a new videoprojector P2 has arrived, and Optoma stops all communications with P1 owners, like if there is no support after only 1 year.

We asked for :

- a normal and decent support and regular firmware updates of OPTOMA for this top of the line videoprojector P1 / UHZ65UST

- no planned obsolescence for top of the line products after only 1 year

- start again the communication with owners on forums ( avsforum ), like the "OPTOMA PM DUDE" account in august 2020.

14/12/2020 : Adding the 2 support cases numbers opened on 7/12/2020 :

- Case # 00381130 (via online US support page at optoma.com) 

- Case # 00381131 (via online FR support page at optoma.fr) 

17/12/2020 : Thanks to Emmanuelle, Lilian, and Allen, from Optoma, for the today's videoconference meeting. Optoma apologize for the delay, and a new firmware is now in progress. Now I really think this petition will end in a positive state for everyone, when the next firmware will be released in 2021 with corrected bugs.
