Option A for Rangeland Blvd Project

Option A for Rangeland Blvd Project
The Issue
Our community is facing major challenges due to the proposed excessive expansion of Rangeland Blvd. The serene beauty, peace, and tranquility of our neighborhood are at stake. Over-development not only poses a threat to the charm of our area but can also lead to an increase in traffic, noise, and environmental impacts. It is pertinent to note that according to the Environmental Protection Agency, large scale development projects can significantly increase air pollution and noise pollution levels, impacting the quality of life for residents (source: U.S Environmental Protection Agency). Furthermore, a study from the National Center for Safe Routes to School highlights that increased traffic can pose safety risks to pedestrians, particularly children (source: National Center for Safe Routes to School). We, hereby, bring this matter to light and request community members to join us in voicing our concerns. The character of our community is in our hands. Let's unite as an HOA, CDD, and overall community and oppose the excessive expansion of Rangeland Blvd in any fashion that includes a traffic light and as such support Option A. In addition, we ask the county to stay in communication with the Bexley CDD and HOA throughout the project to ensure open discussion. Please sign this petition and preserve our beloved neighborhood.
