UPDATE: Deferral of Buttonwood Park Land Lease Decision

We're pleased to inform you that last Tuesday, the City of Toronto Executive Committee decided to defer the proposed land lease of Buttonwood Park to the Somali Centre for Culture and Recreation to July 16th. 

This deferral allows more time for community consultation and ensures that our voices are heard in the decision-making process. Please encourage those who have not yet signed our petition to please do so.
