I checked with our staff and this matter still has to be heard by the PLDRC (Planning and Land Development Regulation Committee). In fact Special Exception SE-25-009 (Which is this particular project) remains incomplete. Due to Special Exception, when it is heard by the PLDRC, it won’t be heard by Council unless there is an appeal of the PLDRC’s decision.

Further discussion revealed that on a recent conversation with our staff the applicant, they are still preparing application documents and anticipate submitting them in a few weeks at the earliest. Therefore, a PLDRC hearing has yet to be scheduled for this matter.

I am however, including our Growth Management Division Director on this response so they are aware of your concerns and that this could be entered into record for said PLDRC meeting.
