Further to your request for details of the discounted sites; please note that the proposed site complies with all regulatory conditions and the development has been designed such that the visual impact of the development is minimised as far as practicable, considering the nature and purpose of the site.  A discounted site list is not required for the proposed development.

Please note that we did have an existing site within what is now St Ann’s development (previously called St Anne’s Hospital), as did other telecommunications infrastructure providers, but the Landowner served us with a Notice to Quit in order to proceed with the redevelopment, thus a replacement had to be found.

The build team expect that the build will take 6-8 weeks.  As noted below the build works will be carried out as sensitively as possible, if you have any requests regarding the build e.g. working hours please let us know so we can consider them. 

Cornerstone and our agents have conducted structural investigations as part of the design process, it should also be noted that the landlord’s agents will also be conducting structural investigations when we get to the detailed design stage.
