This proposed massive development of 400 housing units on John St and Junot Ave threatens one of the few natural forests in the city.  The 6 Storey buildings will dominate the neigbourhood altering its character immediately.  As shown in the proposal, the buildings are too close to the sidewalks on Junot and John and shows no parking for residents/visitors. Currently, this area provides a natural habitat for wild life and water management.  What we will be left with if this is approved, is increased traffic volume and noise both on John and Junot as the only exit would come primarily from Windsor St. 

We the undersigned oppose the current proposal to construct approximately 400 apartment complex.
