Rarebuilt Homes & Township Planning + Design Inc. of Calgary, AB have submitted an application to Foothills County to amend the Land Use Bylaw to increase the previously approved density by 220%.

Ten homes have been approved for their 16.68 acre located northwest of Heritage Pointe and Pinehurst.  The new land owner and developer wants to increase the number of lots to 22 - a 220% increase.

The proposed density increase will have a significant impact on the communities of Heritage Pointe and Pinehurst.
