Fellow concerned residents – We’re reaching out now, and will only reach out again when there is critical information related to the proposed 8 story, high-density apartments. As of Monday, August 28, the project has passed City Planning Review, and that means it will likely ultimately come to City Council for a vote, likely in the next month or two. HOW CAN YOU HELP:

1. If you’d like to be more actively involved, in any capacity, please reach out to concernedresidentsav@gmail.com. Any additional time someone would like to spend canvassing for additional signatures, or social media outreach, is greatly appreciated.
2. Please be aware, per the link below, the Applicant is attempting to proceed with a “Mitigated Negative Declaration”. I’m just a normal person with a day job, but my understanding is this is essentially a limited version of an environmental impact report. This seems to state that the project will have little or no environmental impact including traffic, parking, smog, public resources, etc. If you share my opinion that this project has greater environmental consequences, please review the link and submit any comments / objections to the designated city email address below:
