Why this matters now: 

Rapid, unchecked development has been increasing in Madison County, with infrastructure support sadly not keeping pace and developers ignoring environmental restrictions and citizens’ concerns.

Our recent election displayed this dissatisfaction from the citizenry: WE VOTED THE MAGISTRATIONS AND JUDGE EXEC OUT. If this case is found in our favor, the new Madison County Fiscal Court members are poised to enforce responsible, manageable, appropriate growth for our community.
