The Fiscal Court has voted unanimously to send this issue back to Planning & Development for reconsideration!

What that means: We're not done yet BUT the fiscal court will not hear the issue on April 11th. There will be another Planning & Development meeting (TBD at least 14 days away). It will be open to the public for comment. They board members will listen to presentations from both sides, then vote again to recommend/not recommend changing the land use zone. Either way they vote, the issue will go back to the Fiscal Court for approve/not approve. We will post the date for the P & D meeting as soon as we find out so you can be there with bells on.
