The Fiscal Court has announced the date! It is April 11, 2023 at 9:30. Location will likely be in Berea. I'll share an exact location as we get closer. I do want to make everyone aware of the property owner's willingness to negotiate. What this could end up with is a conditional use formally filed on the property with the county to restrict the land use further than what is allowed with the full PUD UC-11 zone. In order to negotiate what this may look like, we are soliciting input from you: what kinds of businesses would you deem appropriate for the property? What would you deem not appropriate?
