Critical Update - HB 585 Passed out of Committee on Party Line Vote

Unsurprisingly, HB 585 passed out of Counties, Cities, and Towns on a party line vote and will now head back to the full House of Delegates.

If this legislation is enacted it will criminalize and destroy the livelihood of an estimated 1,000 small business owners overnight and will result in the loss of millions of dollars of tax revenue for Virginia. Neither of these is acceptable. Use your voice and tell your elected officials how you feel!
