Thank you for signing the petition.  Fish and Wildlife hasn't set the effective date for its new interpretation of the ESA, but on that date it may be readying to release an onslaught of "ESA not applicable" rulings.  If you have not, please SHARE this petition to stop Fish and Wildlife from gutting protection for our endangered species!
