We have just learned the Kitsilano Coalition has launched a Constitutional Challenge in order to have the failings of the public hearing process on Arbutus heard at the BC Supreme Court and to restore the voice of communities across BC.

So grateful to this unrelenting team + for what appears to be some very heavy lifting + a grass roots movement that has garnered the interest of some of Canada's TOP lawyers, a former Supreme Court Judge and former BC Attorney General to fight the case.
