Update: 07/03/2023

Over the past 6 weeks, We've had several meetings with department heads at Hillsborough county as well as meetings with most of the board of county commissioners. 

The purpose of these meetings are to explain and present our future intentions with the island and address any concerns that the BOCC had.

While we still have a lot of work in front of us, we are confident that we will be able to achieve a zoning designation that works for us, our members and the county.
