Jenny Lane residents in Danville, VA, surrounding neighborhoods, cities and counties will be negatively impacted by the planned development of an RV park through increased vehicular accidents, noise, light, and waste pollution, littering, increased crime, devalued property, environmental damage, road construction, land seizure, and vehicle congestion.

If approved, any similar future development efforts would be more likely to get future approvals throughout the city and surrounding areas causing even greater damage to our wildlife, increased crime, and disruption to citizens. The same RV park by developer Joe Cubas has already been struck down in Pittsylvania County.

Acting now and signing this petition is urgently needed to show the city council and planning commission these types of projects do not have a place in already established neighborhoods and densely populated areas. Let the city council know the RV park does not belong on Jenny Lane by signing this petition!
