On March 22, the Planning Commission unanimously voted not to recommend approval of the rezoning request.

The developer then withdrew its rezoning request. Therefore, the April 10 Public Hearing is canceled.

However, this property is currently zoned R2. This means that it can still be developed with single-family residences or a "retirement community."

On Sunday, March 26, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette included this legal notice of a "special meeting" of the Board of Supervisors.

We have no details about this "special meeting."
