Last evening, concerned citizens packed the Planning Commission meeting and many voiced their opinions. The Philadelphia developer's weak, last-minute "accessibility and affordability" argument unsurprisingly failed. After three hours, the Planning Commission unanimously voted NOT to recommend rezoning to R4. A public hearing will be held on April 10 and the Board of Supervisors will then vote to approve or not to approve the Philadelphia developer's rezoning request. Updates will be provided leading up to this critical April 10 public hearing and vote.
