In 1947 Orange County schools  were segregating the Mexicans. A handful of fathers who couldn't sleep, woke up with the ambition to get to the root of it but no one had a straight answer as to why,  so they went further with the help of  Attorney David C Marcus who proposed  a class action lawsuit  better the chances, and they did. 5 families 4 cities . Unfortunately today the only 1 plaintiff  (Mendez) of the case is known and never physically includes any of the participants  the  bond, the unity, friendship,  equality,  is Gone,  but we vow that we are going to put every effort into getting our honor and dignity that is deserving. The only way is by educating communities all over again  acknowledgement needs to be reiterated. Renaming the courthouse would be a devistating  and an everlasting detriment. INCLUDE  "
